This Privacy Policy explains how TikketFy Com LLC ("TikketFy Marketplace", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit https://tikketfymarketplace.com, buy tickets through it, or otherwise interact with us (the "Services").

1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details, such as your name, email address, phone number and mailing address.
- Order details, such as the events and Tickets you buy, delivery preferences and billing address. Card payments are handled by our payment processor through the TikketFy checkout. We do not store full card numbers.
- Messages you send us, such as support requests, newsletter signups and survey answers.
- Verification details we may ask for to prevent fraud, such as a signed card authorization or a copy of a photo ID.
Information we collect automatically
- Device and usage data, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, links clicked, referring site and the date and time of your visit.
- Approximate location, based on your IP address, so we can show events near you.
- Cookies and similar technologies that remember your preferences, keep the Site working and help us measure traffic and marketing.
Information from others
We may receive information from Sellers, event organizers, TikketFy, payment and fraud-prevention providers, and advertising and analytics partners, and combine it with information we hold.

3. When we share your information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as follows:
- Sellers and event organizers, so they can fill your order, deliver Tickets and contact you about event changes.
- TikketFy and service providers who process payments, host the Site, send email, provide support tools and analytics, and help prevent fraud. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Advertising partners, through cookies and similar tools, to measure and show ads. Under some state laws this may count as "sharing" or "selling". See Your choices to opt out.
- Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights, property or safety of our users, us or others.
- Business transfers, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
- With your consent, or at your direction.
4. Your choices and rights
- Marketing emails. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. We will still send emails about your orders.
- Cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. If you do, parts of the Site may not work.
- Global Privacy Control. Where required by law, we treat a browser's Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale or sharing of personal information.
- Access, correction and deletion. We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections and a payment platform that handles card data. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of information sent to us.
